Choose the plan that fits the way your firm operates.

Skentro plans follow the way responsibility, administration, and oversight grow inside a law firm. Every plan begins with the same bilingual, Matter-centred foundation.

Four operating stages

A complete foundation. A clearer level of support as complexity grows.

The reason to move between plans is the operating experience your firm needs—not a different standard of security, bilingual support, or Matter integrity.

Included foundation

Trust should not depend on the plan you choose.

Every paid plan is designed to include the same production-ready foundation. Capacity and service depth change; the standard of product responsibility does not.

01

Bilingual by foundation

English and Arabic RTL across supported production journeys.

02

Matter-centred operation

Clients, responsibility, deadlines, and supported work remain connected to Matter context.

03

Role and branch awareness

Authorized access and operating context remain visible within the supported plan capacity.

04

Governed history

Supported sensitive actions and support access follow approved audit and accountability boundaries.

Guided evaluation

Evaluate the operating fit before making a commercial commitment.

The standard evaluation follows the Team experience and begins only after setup is complete and the first administrator confirms that the firm is ready.

  1. 01

Tell us how your firm works

Review the firm’s users, branches, operating needs, and onboarding scope.

  2. 02

    We’ll prepare your evaluation

Complete the approved setup and administrator-readiness steps.

  3. 03

    Use Skentro for 60 days

The 60-day evaluation begins only after explicit administrator confirmation.

  4. 04

    Decide with confidence

There is no payment card requirement and no automatic conversion.

Final data retention, export, and post-evaluation terms are confirmed before an evaluation begins.

Annual relationships

Annual commitment adds implementation and planning value.

The underlying product and ordinary support remain the same. Annual relationships add package-specific onboarding, review cadence, and term protection. Final numerical terms are confirmed in the commercial proposal.

Migration

Migration is planned carefully and quoted separately.

Readiness guidance and initial scoping are part of the relationship. Every migration starts with an assessment. No production data moves until the firm approves the plan. Extraction, cleaning, mapping, rehearsal, validation, and execution require a separate professional-services scope.

Product boundaries

Commercial clarity requires product truth.

A plan includes only capabilities that have passed the production launch inventory. Custom is a discovery path, not permission to promise unfinished capabilities.

Review Security & Trust
  • No unverified advanced reporting, automation, AI, SSO, integrations, or data-residency promise.
  • No unlimited storage, bundled migration execution, 24/7 support, or contractual SLA unless separately approved.
  • No account, subscription, trial, or billing state is created by viewing this page.

Commercial questions

Before your evaluation

01Why are public price figures not shown yet?

The package baseline is approved, while exact numerical prices and final legal terms remain under final approval. Current commercial terms are confirmed through a guided evaluation and written proposal.

02Does every plan receive the same product foundation?

Yes. The approved model does not make bilingual operation, tenant isolation, role-aware access, Matter integrity, or ordinary governance premium add-ons. Only production-verified capabilities are included.

03How does the 60-day evaluation work?

It follows the Team-capability experience, requires no payment card, does not convert automatically, and begins only after setup and explicit administrator-readiness confirmation.

04Is migration included in the subscription?

Readiness guidance and initial scoping may be included. Migration execution is a separately quoted professional service because source quality, mapping, validation, and risk differ by firm.

05What makes annual different from monthly?

The product capability and ordinary support remain the same. Annual relationships add defined onboarding, planning, review, and price-protection value. Final numerical terms are confirmed in the proposal.

06Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Solo can move to Team, and Team or Firm can expand within their approved capacity before moving to the next plan. We will review the operating and onboarding impact with your firm before the change is confirmed.

07Does Custom mean every requested capability is available?

No. Custom begins with discovery. Any non-standard requirement must be technically feasible, secure, costed, verified, and recorded in the agreement before it becomes a commitment.
